They found the gas line leak very quickly and completed the repairs. Kept all promises of job completion time frame and estimated cost. Needed a toilet flange and sink faucet in one bathroom and a new toilet in the other. I purchased the toilet and faucet at home depot (or they will supply those for a price)and scheduled the plumbers to arrive Tuesday morning. They called and then arrived around 9:30. The guys introduced themselves and got right to work. They were very friendly and kept me informed of their progress. The first bathroom was done in about an hour. The toilet I had purchased was not fitting flush on the floor and then it started leaking from the tank/bowl connection. They took it apart and checked all connections and determined that the toilet was defective and that a new flange was also needed. I had them take it apart and repack it which they did and then took $50 off of their labor due to not being able to install the toilet. Home Depot exchanged it with no problems and gave me 10% off for my trouble. We rescheduled for two days later and they arrived early again, replaced the flange and installed the new toilet in about an hour and a half. When they encountered a problem they called the owner, a master plumber and he came out and helped to make sure everything was done properly and once again knocked off $50 just because of the previous toilet fiasco. They have standard prices and you know what it's going to cost before the work is done unless of course some other issue comes up (and doesn't it always). They are family owned and take pride in their work. Great job guys!

Wow! We have had three other plumbing companies look for the leak these guys found and fixed in under 2 hours. They are professionals who know what they are doing and get the job done quickly and efficiently. We have found our go-to plumbers!

I was very pleased with the worked. I needed an outside water faucet changed. I called the office and they set up the service call. Not only were they on time they called to see if they could come early do to some cancelations. They did the work that I had ask for and when I mentioned needing to change another outside valve they ask if I wanted it done for the same price. I had them change the valve. When they figured the bill they removed the trip charge because they had failed to tell me about it when I set up the appointment. They also offer a Senior citizen and Vet discount. Very nice people. I won"t hesitate to call them again if I need help with my plumbing.

I was referred to these guys, and I am so glad that I was! They showed when they said they would and were so kind and took time to do it right. We have had plumbers come out over the years for our washer backing up. These guys were so thorough, looked at walls and floor, answered all my questions, and did not leave before two loads had drained out successfully. All this was covered with in an hour for a very reasonable rate. If you need a plumber these are the guys to go to you!

Dependable Plumber's was recommended to me &after calling they even suggested to me to get a second opinion, they were still the most reasonable price. Once Brain &James arrive they were friendly, kind, patient, knowledgeable & efficient .While replacing my sewer line they were willing to answer all my questions with details & professionalism in a fashion that I would understand. Brain &James did a top notch job &will continue to be my plumbers. These guys just completed a sewer line replacement that turned out to be way more work than anticipated. They did an outstanding job at a very reasonable price. Even when the job turned out to be far more work than the estimate was for they kept the additional costs to a minimum. I will be calling them for all my future plumbing issues and I highly recommend that you do the same thing!!

Recently we had the misfortune of having a company drill through our sewer line. I was referred to Aaron with Dependable Plumbing by another reputable plumber, also had personnel with the city who spoke highly of Aaron as a plumber. Aaron was top notch in directing me how to handle and who to contact to get the situation resolved. He was always quick in returning my calls/texts. I liked his work ethic and Christian values. He was the most reliable, and the only person I felt was on my side during this situation. It was a pleasure to have met Aaron who helped me in resolving this problem. We fell victim to a water lead under our slab. Dependable Plumbing identified exactly where the leak originated (the company the insurance called out identified the leak incorrectly). They have reasonable pricing, are knowledgeable in not only their area of expertise but in working with insurance claims, exceptionally efficient and very professional. We will be a repeat customer.

I can't say enough about recommending Dependable. I contacted four plumbers and got quotes for a major job. The high was $11000 and the best was $2850. I went with dependable. They were excellent in every way. Bryan and Anthony took the lead on the project. Wonderful men. I will want them back anytime I have a need. Actually met many of their workers. When they were finished with work somewhere else near the end of the day they would come help out at my house. NEVER have I seen that happen. If you need professionals at the best price, call them. After getting an estimate from several companies that were outrageously high and seemed unreasonable, I called Dependable Plumbing because they were highly recommended by a neighbor. I can't say enough great things about the quality of their work and my experience with them.
